Valentine's Day

It was Valentine's Day (sorry for the delay of this post...) but I didn't have a girlfriend.

So, I had two options:

(i) Get depressed (not an option!)

(ii) Have fun, share some ideas and learn something from it! =)

First. I just made an easy exercise. I thought about what would I do If I had a girlfriend not just on this particular day but during the all year. This was what it came to my mind and I've decided to share with you ;)

I'd never get tired of letting her know my feelings...

I'd stop complaining about being so unlucky with cards when I was already lucky with my other half...

I'd find different ways to express my love...

...and light our fire!

And I'd learn hoe to make better photographs just to capture the best sunset tht can be seen through my window every time we are far from each other.

Second. To honor the women I have as friends and which in several ways are always source of happiness and inspiration to me.

Third. Last but not least, I thought about a different way to fill in my heart (let's take it as "empty" just to continue with this idea).

Then I started to think about things in red that I love, next to me and that I can't leave with. It came to me right away what I had in me... my favorite sweater that my parents gave to me ;)

One of the best birthday presents I have ever had. The photo album from Kasia about the year I was in Turkey... nice memories ;)

Still about Turkey... all the friends and the people I've meet during those 12 months...

The years as a scout that changed my life and gave a few amazing friends.

Portuguese literature...

Portuguese language...

American research studies and their didactic nature...

Simple sources of inspiration ;)

Mom's home cookin' =)

Movies from Almodovar...

The company I work for...

Ties in other people's necks =D

Chips... =)

But in the end I realize that almost everything I love can be turned into red as long as I'm creative enough or at least decided to fill in my heart with positive things and share them with you ;)

Thanks!
